Precision in Every Drop
We are the silent partner in your home and vehicle comfort. Our ER4043 wire is designed for the "Micro-Leak" era. We understand that a leak the size of a human hair can ruin an entire AC system. That’s why our wire is subjected to eddy-current testing to ensure no internal voids or inclusions. We provide the refrigeration industry with the most reliable filler metal for evaporator coils, condensers, and compressor lines, ensuring maximum efficiency and environmental protection.

AC System Scenarios
Evaporator Coils: High-speed joining of aluminum tubes to hairpins.
AC Condensers: Welding the manifold headers to the cooling micro-tubes.
Compressor Fittings: Joining aluminum suction and discharge ports to the compressor housing.
Solution: Eliminating the need for post-weld flux cleaning (which can corrode AC systems) by utilizing high-purity MIG/TIG welding with ER4043.
AC System FAQ
- Q: Is ER4043 better than ER4047 for AC lines?A: For manual TIG welding, ER4043 is usually preferred for its better bead control. For automated brazing-like joints, ER4047 is often better.
- Q: Can I weld the copper lines in an AC system with ER4043?A: No. Copper to aluminum requires specialized brazing alloys or transition joints. ER4043 is for aluminum-to-aluminum joints only.
